Help Mr. Bee Test the Results

Now it’s time to test the power levels and collect data.

Mr. Bee wants to see how far he travels at each setting.

You will observe, measure, and record the results.

You can complete the challenge with or without a robot. Use pen and paper to solve the story challenge.

Option A: No Robot Needed

You watched short video clip of Mr. Bee moving at different power levels.

1. Look at the ruler on the screen.
2. Write down the distance Mr. Bee traveled.
3. Record the distance in your data table.

Option B: Robot (Optional)

If you have a robot, you can test the power levels yourself.

Measure the distance the robot travels at full power (1.0).

Test each power level:

• 0.75
• 0.5
• 0.25

Measure the distance for each test.

Record the results in the same data table.
