These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CircuitMess website (the “Site”), including any content, functionality, products, and services offered by CircuitMess, Inc. (“CircuitMess,” “we,” “us,” “our”), including
online courses delivered through our learning platform.
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility and Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account or make purchases, unless a parent/guardian consents and is responsible for the account.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or suspected fraud/abuse.
3. Courses and Digital Content (LearnDash)
- Course access, features, and included materials are described on the relevant course pages.
- Course progress, completion, and any certificates are provided as described on the Site and may change over time.
- We may update course content to keep it current, correct errors, or improve learning outcomes.
4. Lifetime Access
- “Lifetime access” refers to the life of the Service. This access is granted to the original purchaser for as long as CircuitMess continues to commercially offer and support the specific course purchased.
- CircuitMess reserves the right to discontinue or retire a course or the platform at its discretion. In the event of a planned permanent discontinuation, CircuitMess will provide at least 30 days notice to active users via the email associated with their account.
5. Purchases, Payments, and Taxes
- Prices are shown on the Site and may change at any time.
- Taxes may apply depending on your location and will be displayed at checkout where applicable.
- Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment card details.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
- All sales of the Math Course are final once access to the digital content has been granted. Because the product is a digital good delivered instantly, we do not offer “change of mind” refunds.
- Exceptions: If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing the course, and our support team cannot resolve them, a full or pro-rated refund may be issued at our discretion.
7. License and Acceptable Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site and purchased content for your personal, non-commercial use (unless we explicitly agree otherwise in writing).
You agree not to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, or share course materials
- Circumvent access controls, scrape, hack, or interfere with Site operation
- Upload malware or harmful code
- Harass others or post unlawful, infringing, or abusive content
- Use the Site in a way that violates laws or regulations
Your purchase grants a license for one (1) individual user only. This license is non-transferable. You may not sell, gift, or share your login credentials with others. Any detection of account sharing may result in immediate termination of access without a refund.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (including text, videos, designs, logos, and course materials) is owned by CircuitMess or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.
9. User Content (If Applicable)
If you submit content (e.g., comments, assignments, reviews):
- You represent you have the rights to submit it.
- You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and use it for operating and improving the Site and courses.
- We may remove content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
10. Newsletter and Marketing (Klaviyo)
If you opt in to marketing emails, we may send newsletters and promotional messages. You can unsubscribe anytime via the link in emails. Transactional and account-related messages may still be sent.
11. Third-Party Services and Links
The Site may integrate or link to third-party services (e.g., payment processors, analytics, Klaviyo, WordPress plugins). We are not responsible for third-party services and your use of them may be governed by their terms.
12. Disclaimers
The Site, courses, and content are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.
- Educational content is for informational purposes and does not guarantee specific results.
- While the course provides tools for learning, CircuitMess does not guarantee improved grades, exam scores, or admission to any educational programs. The student’s progress depends on their own effort and participation.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CircuitMess and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, courses, or products.
In any case, our total liability for claims relating to the Site or purchases will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the relevant product or service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim (or the minimum allowed by law).
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CircuitMess from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or if required to protect the Site or others. Sections that should survive termination will survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law).
16. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” reflects when changes take effect. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
