1. Information We Collect

We may collect information you provide directly to us, information collected automatically, and information from third parties.

A. Information you provide

  • Account and profile information: name, username, email address, password, billing/shipping address, phone number.
  • Course and learning information: course enrollment, progress, completion status, quiz/assignment submissions (if applicable), certificates (if applicable).
  • Purchases and transactions: items purchased, order history, payment status (payment card details are typically processed by our payment processor and not stored by us in full).
  • Communications: messages you send us (support inquiries, feedback, form submissions).
  • Newsletter/marketing sign-ups: email address and marketing preferences (managed through Klaviyo).

B. Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages visited, referring URLs, timestamps, and interactions.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: used for authentication, preferences, analytics, and marketing (see “Cookies” below).

C. Information from third parties

  • Payment Processors: Such as Shopify Payments, Stripe or PayPal, to confirm payment and provide limited transaction details.
  • Advertising and Analytics Partners: We receive data from Google Analytics (usage trends), Meta (ad performance and conversion data via the Meta Pixel) and Klaviyo (engagement metrics such as email opens and clicks)
  • Video Hosting Providers: YouTube provides us with engagement metrics (such as view counts) for the videos embedded in our courses.

2. How We Use Information

  • Provide and operate the Site, including course access and account features.
  • Process purchases and deliver products/services.
  • Administer courses (enrollment, progress tracking, certificates where applicable).
  • Send transactional emails (order confirmations, account notices, course-related notifications).
  • Send marketing emails/newsletters where you have opted in (via Klaviyo), and measure performance.
  • Personalize content and improve our Site, courses, and user experience.
  • Maintain security, prevent fraud, enforce policies, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Legal Bases (EEA/UK Visitors)

If you are in the EEA/UK, our legal bases may include:

  • Contract: to provide purchased products/services and course access.
  • Legitimate interests: to secure and improve our Site, prevent fraud, and understand usage.
  • Consent: for marketing communications and certain cookies where required.
  • Legal obligation: to meet tax, accounting, or other legal requirements.

4. How We Share Information

We may share information with:

  • Service providers that help us run the business (hosting, analytics, customer support tools, payment processors).
  • Klaviyo for newsletter and marketing communications.
  • LearnDash/WordPress-related plugins used to provide course functionality.
  • Professional advisors (legal, accounting) as needed.
  • Authorities if required to comply with law or protect rights and safety.
  • Business transfers (e.g., merger, acquisition) where information may be transferred as part of the transaction.
  • Google Analytics: We share anonymized usage data (like IP addresses and site behavior) to help us understand how users interact with our courses and improve the learning experience.
  • Meta (Facebook): We use the Meta Pixel to track the effectiveness of our advertising and to show relevant ads to people who have visited our Site. Meta may connect this data to your Facebook or Instagram account.
  • YouTube (Google): Because our course videos are hosted on YouTube, Google may collect device information and usage data through the embedded video player when you watch course content.

We do not sell your personal information in the traditional sense. (Some jurisdictions define “sale” broadly—see “Your Rights and Choices” below.)

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Remember preferences and keep you signed in
  • Enable shopping cart and course functionality
  • Understand Site usage and improve performance
  • Support marketing and email measurement (We use advertising and tracking cookies from third parties, including Google and Meta, to analyze site traffic, personalize content, and serve targeted advertisements based on your previous visits to our Site.)

You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where available, our cookie banner/preferences tool. Disabling cookies may affect Site functionality.

6. Email Communications (Klaviyo)

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use Klaviyo to manage email communications. Emails may include tracking
pixels that help us understand opens and clicks.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails. Transactional emails (e.g., purchase confirmations) may still be sent as needed.

7. Course Platform (LearnDash)

We use LearnDash on WordPress to provide learning features. LearnDash may store:

  • Enrollment and access status
  • Course progress and completion data
  • Quiz/assignment submissions (if enabled)

This information is used to deliver and improve the learning experience and to provide support.

8. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, including maintaining your account, providing courses and services, meeting legal/tax requirements, and resolving disputes.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. International Transfers

If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. and other countries where our providers operate. Where required, we use safeguards designed to protect such transfers.

11. Children’s Privacy

Our Site is not intended for children under 13 (or under 16 in some jurisdictions) without appropriate consent/authorization. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without such consent. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us to request deletion.

12. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information; object to or restrict processing; data portability; withdraw consent (where processing is based on consent); and opt out of certain targeted advertising/sharing (where applicable).

To exercise rights, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity.

California (CCPA/CPRA) Notice

California residents may have additional rights (e.g., right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of “selling” or “sharing” personal information as defined by law). You may exercise those rights by contacting us.
